自锁托槽矫治器+微种植体支抗治疗颌前突错(牙合)畸形患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析自锁托槽矫治器联合微种植体支抗治疗颌前突错(牙合)畸形患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院颌前突错(牙合)畸形患者70例(2018年2月~2019年2月),按照治疗方案分为研究组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组予以传统直丝弓托槽矫治器联合微种植体支抗,研究组予以自锁托槽矫治器联合微种植体支抗。对比两组矫治效果、治疗时间、矫治满意度及治疗前后头影测量情况,分析典型案例。结果两组治疗前后尖牙牙根长度变化、治疗前后尖牙牙槽骨高度变化对比无显著差异(P> 0.05);研究组排齐整平、关闭间隙、整个疗程时间较对照组短(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组SN-MP、Y轴角参数较对照组大,L1-MP参数较对照组小(P <0.05);研究组矫治满意度97.14%(34/35)较对照组82.86%(29/35)高(P <0.05)。结论颌前突错(牙合)畸形患者采用自锁托槽矫治器联合微种植体支抗可有效内收前牙,改善患者颌前突错(牙合)畸形,缩短矫治时间,并具有较高矫治满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-ligating bracket appliance combined with micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of patients with maxillary anterior teeth malocclusion. Methods 70 patients with edentulous malocclusion in our hospital were selected(February 2018~February 2019). According to the treatment plan, they were divided into study group(n=35) and reference group(n=35). The traditional straight wire bracket bracket combined with micro-implant anchorage, the research team to self-ligating bracket appliance combined with micro-implant anchorage. Compare the two groups of treatment results, treatment time, treatment satisfaction and cephalometric measurement before and after treatment, and analyze typical cases. Results There was no significant difference in the change of canine root length and the change of canine alveolar bone height before and after treatment(P >0.05). The study group was aligned and closed, and the whole course of treatment was shorter than the reference group(P <0.05). After treatment, the SN-MP and Y-axis parameters of the study group were larger than the reference group, and the L1-MP parameters were smaller than the reference group(P <0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was 97.14%(34/35) compared with the reference group of 82.86%.(29/35) high(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-ligating bracket and micro-implant anchorage can effectively adduct the anterior teeth, improve the anterior maxillary dysplasia, shorten the correction time, and have higher correction satisfaction.,Worthy of clinical application.
