摘　　要：目的研究无托槽隐形矫治联合拔牙术治疗复杂错(牙合)畸形临床效果。方法选取本院2014年4月-2019年4月,收治的120例患者,采用随机分组方式,分为观察组和对照组,其中,对照组采用直丝弓矫治联合拔牙术进行治疗,观察逐采用无托槽隐形矫治联合拔牙术进行治疗,比较两组复杂错(牙合)畸形的矫治效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组的治疗有效率为70.00%。经过无托槽隐形矫治联合拔牙术治疗之后,患者的牙周健康水平显著提升。上述差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用无托槽隐形矫治联合拔牙术,进行复杂错(牙合)畸形矫正,具有明显的临床效果,有利于改善牙周情况,并且具有显著安全性。Objective To study the clinical effect of invisible orthodontic combined with tooth extraction for complex malocclusion. Methods Our hospital in April 2014-April 2019, 120 patients were treated, adopts randomized method, divided into observation group and control group, among them, the control group USES the straight wire bow joint diseases of the tooth extraction technique treatment, observation by using joint without braces stealth correction tooth extraction surgery treatment, compared two groups of complex or wrong tooth deformity correction effect. Results The effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 70.00% in the control group. The periodontal health level of the patients was significantly improved after the invisible orthodontic without bracket combined with tooth extraction. All the above differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of bb0 and invisible orthodontic without bracket has obvious clinical effect, which is beneficial to improve periodontal condition and has significant safety.
