摘 要:节能监测是油气田企业掌握用能设备能源利用状况和能耗水平的重要手段。受人力及资金等条件限制,通常监测数量是有限的。因此,采用什么样的抽样方法,使样本对总体指标估计更具有代表性就成为关键。分析了简单随机抽样、分层抽样、系统抽样、整群抽样等抽样方法在节能监测中的适用性,并根据油气田企业设备运行实际情况,提出一种适合油气田节能监测的抽样方案:油气田企业至厂级单位采用分层抽样,厂级以下抽样采用系统抽样或整群抽样。Energy-saving monitoring is an important means for oil and gas enterprises to master the energy utilization status and energy consumption of energy equipment. The method of sampling is very important to estimate overall indicators of monitoring system. This paper analyzed sampling methods such as simple random sampling, stratified sampling, systematic sampling and cluster sampling in energy-saving monitoring. According to actual situations of equipment operating in oil and gas enterprises, it was proposed that stratified sampling was suitable for room-level units, systematic sampling or cluster sampling was suitable for sub room-level units.
