摘　　要：以华南理工大学建筑设计研究院有限公司成立40周年为背景,首先追溯20世纪50年代华工设计院前身及其发展历史,并系统回顾建院以来的文化传承、品牌塑造和产学研相结合道路的探索经历,对过去40年的经营管理、人才培养、创作实践、历史成就等多方面进行总结概括,认为华工设计院在近40年的发展中,依托在思想、人才、团队、品牌方面的特色优势,实现了从无到有、从弱到强的历史性飞跃。其次,基于对过去的回顾与总结,从国家发展战略、行业发展趋势等角度展望未来,进一步阐述建设高水平人才队伍、搭建设计服务全产业链、探索工程设计新模式、抓住大湾区建设新机遇等4方面的战略选择与思考,系统描绘了华工设计院未来可持续发展的蓝图。On the occasion of 40th anniversary of Architectural Design&Research Institute of SCUT Co.,Ltd.,this paper reviews its development history since the 1950s and its cultural inheritance,branding and the cooperative industry-universityresearch management concept.Considering the national development strategy and industry trends,the following strategies were discussed:building high proficiency teams,building complete industrial chains,exploring new design models,and seizing the opportunities presented by the Greater Bay Area's construction.Based on our view of achievements and experiences in the past 40 years,a blueprint of sustainable development for Architectural Design&Research Institute of SCUT was proposed in the present study.
