摘　　要：为了适应医学科技的发展与医学模式的转变,论文从基础医学硕士研究生的培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍、课程评价体系以及科研训练等方面,探讨基础医学研究生创新培养模式,加强创新能力的培养,提高综合素质能力。In order to adapt to the development of medical science and technology and the transformation of medical model,this paper discusses the innovative training mode of basic medical graduate students from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum design,teaching staff,curriculum evaluation system and scientific research training,so as to strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability and improve the comprehensive quality ability of basic medical graduate students.
