摘　　要：有别于传统临床医学学术学位研究生的培养,临床医学专业学位研究生(Doctor of Medicine,MD)的培养目的是更好、更全面地为了向全国各级医院及基层卫生医疗机构输送高级医学专业技术人才。培养传统学术学位研究生主要注重培养他们的医学科研能力,而专业学位研究生的培养应更加注重临床思维训练及临床操作实践,在此背景下,我国将临床医学专业学位研究生的培养纳入住院医师规范化培训体系中,方式是要求专业型研究生在攻读研究生学位的同时,要结合住院医师规范化培训的轮转要求,完成基本的临床技能培训并养成基础的临床思维养,为毕业后进入临床工作打下坚实的基础。Different from the traditional pattern of the master of clinical medicine,the training of the MD is to deliver advanced medical professionals to the clinical medicine,which should pay more attention to clinical skills training.So many universities have incorporated The training of the MD into the standardized training of residents.While studying for a graduate degree,we should strengthen the training of clinical skills and the development of clinical thinking based on the rotation requirements of standardized training of residents,laying a solid foundation for clinical work after graduation.Now with the continuous improvement of science and technology,there has been a great development in the field of surgical techniques.New medical treatments,new techniques,new instruments and new thinking emerge in an endless stream.Laparoscopic techniques are widely used in surgery,compared with traditional open surgery,which have the advantages of less damage and faster recovery.Although whether laparoscopic operation can benefit compared with traditional laparotomy remains controversial,minimally invasive surgery is necessarily the future direction of surgical development.Therefore,under the background of the new era of surgical development,while mastering the basic operation skills,learning and mastering the operation skills of laparoscopic surgery is also an indispensable part of the growth of MD in surgical specialty.Combined with the requirements of the times and the prospects of surgical development,in the process of standardized training of the residents,the advantages of cultivating the MD new training modes using laparoscopic skills will be revealed.Different from the traditional surgical teaching methods,the new teaching model utilizes laparoscopic surgery techniques,develops a reasonable and meticulous teaching practice training plan,relies on a solid theoretical knowledge of basic surgical operations,and carries out the steps of theoretical learning,simulation training and animal model exercises and clinical surgi
