摘　　要：当前教学评价实操中,有管理主义倾向,多元价值效果较差,量化特征突出,开放式评价信息可用性低。价值有涉利益无涉的辅导员参与到发展性教学评价,学生要提升评教能力,教师要进行自我反思,并和其他的评价方式结合。There is obvious tendency of managerialism in the process of current teaching evaluations.The effect of diversified value in evaluations is poor,the excessive quantitative characteristics affect developmental evaluation and the availability of open evaluation information is low.Counselors,who are involved in values and not involved in interests of the evaluation,can play a positive role in the evaluation.Students should improve the ability of evaluating,teachers should do self-reflection.
