摘　　要：生物技术是一门应用性强的学科,因此在专业建设过程中更应注重应用型人才的培养。对于地方本科院校,加强应用型人才培养的同时,更要注重立足地方实际情况,与地方经济发展相适应。地方高校通过人才培养方案的制定、校企合作、"双师型"师资队伍建设、服务地方经济发展等方式,不断提高办学质量和培养高素质的应用型人才。Biotechnology is an applied discipline.so,we should pay more attention to the cultivation of practical personnel in the process of subject construction.Local universities should not only strengthen the training of practice graduates,but also focus on local conditions and adapt to local economic development.Local colleges and universities continuously improve the education quality and cultivate senior technical talents through formulation of program about cultivation,cooperation between commercial entities and college,construction of double-qualified teacher and service for local economic development.
