摘  要:针对圆柱齿轮传动的理论设计,根据齿面接触强度准则计算出齿轮直径,再依据算出的直径数值,按照齿根弯曲强度准则计算即可得到模数,不需要区分软齿面和硬齿面,也无需盲目选择齿数。这种设计齿轮的方法,其理论依据充足,设计过程简单。经过对多个实例使用新旧方法计算并对比,证明了使用该方法计算出的结果合理可靠,更有利于实现数字化设计。For the theoretical design of cylindrical gear transmission, the gear diameter is calculated according to the tooth surface contact strength criterion. According to the calculated diameter value, the modulus can be obtained based on the root bending strength criterion. There is no need to distinguish between a soft tooth surface and a hard tooth surface, and there is no need to blindly select the number of teeth. This method of designing gears has sufficient theoretical basis and simple design process. After calculating and comparing the old and new methods for multiple instances, it is proved that the results calculated by this method are reasonable and reliable, and are more conducive to digital design.
