摘  要:目的调查手术室护士长包容型领导风格与护士创新行为现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法于2017年10—11月采用方便抽样的方法,选取南宁市5家三级甲等医院的手术室护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、包容型领导量表和创新行为量表进行问卷调查。结果共调查手术室护士220名,手术室护士长包容型领导风格量表总均分为(5.12±0.57)分,护士创新行为总均分为(3.60±0.44)分;两者各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士长的包容型领导风格可影响护士的创新行为,护士长应重视培养包容型领袖特质,从而有效提升护士创新行为。Objective To investigate the status quo of the inclusive leadership style of a head nurse and the innovative behavior of nurses in operating room,and analyze the correlation between them.Methods From October to November 2017,the nurses in operating room from 5 tertiary and first-class hospitals in Nanning were selected by convenient sampling method as the research subjects.General information questionnaire,inclusive leadership scale and innovative behavior scale were adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results A total of 220 nurses in the operating room were investigated.The total average score of the inclusive leadership style scale for operating room head nurses was(5.12±0.57),while the total average score of innovative behavior of nurses was(3.60±0.44).There was a positive correlation of their scores at each dimension(P<0.05).Conclusion The inclusive leadership style of head nurse in the operating room can affect the innovative behavior of nurses.The head nurse should pay attention to cultivating the traits of inclusive leadership style,so as to effectively improve the innovative behavior of nurses.
