摘 要:指出传统汽油车和新能源电动汽车扭振系统的不同点,从理论上讨论新能源电动汽车扭振系统产生问题的原因,并提出一种驱动电机扭矩补偿方案来抑制扭振系统的振动,在此基础上辅助以整车安全功能参数和异常保护策略共同保护车辆的安全性。经实际测试验证,该方案可有效降低扭振系统的振动,提高整车驾驶感受和舒适性。The difference between the traditional gasoline vehicle and the new energy electric vehicle torsional vibration system is pointed out.The causes of the problem of the new energy electric vehicle torsional vibration system were theoretically analyzed and discussed.A driving motor torque compensation scheme was proposed to suppress the torsional system of the vehicle.On basis of it,assisted with safety function parameter and abnormal protection strategy altogether,safety of the vehicle is protected.By the actual test and verification,the results show that the program can effectively reduce the vibration of the torsional vibration system,and improve the driving experience and comfort of the vehicle.
