基于校企命运共同体的高职旅游专业群协同创新平台探索

摘　　要：立足现代旅游业转型升级提质增效,构建基于校企命运共同体的高职旅游专业群协同创新平台,对接全域旅游产业链,以“一个联盟、两个中心、三类项目、四大功能”为构想,牵头成立粤港澳大湾区高职旅游专业群职教联盟,政校行企共建粤港澳大湾区会展旅游产业智库中心和粤港澳大湾区会展旅游协同运营中心,承接政府政策咨询、教学培训资源开发、创新创效创业三类项目,发挥人才培养、团队建设、社会服务、文化传承四大功能,探索产业链、人才链、创新链三链衔接可持续发展保障机制,形成资源共享、人才共育、成果共享校企命运共同体,提供贯穿“产业创新全链条、产品生产全周期、人才培养全过程”整体解决方案,助力新时代旅游业高质量发展。Based on transformation and upgrading of modern tourism,a platform of tourism program based on community of school and enterprise destiny in a higher vocational college was established.It can target at the whole tourism industry chain with its"Smart+"empowerment industry and education as main line,promoting the innovation of talent training mode,establishing vocational tourism program in GBA.The new platform also builds think tank center of exhibition tourism industry and MICE tourism cooperative operation center which can undertake projects such as government policy consultation,teaching and training resource development,innovation and entrepreneurship.The paper argues that it can play four functions in terms of talent development,team building,social services,cultural heritage and explore sustainable development guarantee mechanisms.A school community destiny community and a total solution can be also formed to help the high quality development of tourism in the new era.
