摘　　要：以晋中市东外环快速路工程为例,分析了项目的规划定位及建设的迫切性,介绍了东外环快速路的总体方案,包含建设形式、总体布置、道路断面等。重点论述了道路平面线位的优化设计、关键节点的立交方案确定、集散车道在小间距出人口设计中的应用等内容。Taking the Jinzhong East Outer Ring Expressway Project as an example,this paper analyzes the planning positioning and construction urgency of this project,introduces the overall scheme of the East Outer Ring Expressway including the construction form,overall layout,road section and so on,and focuses on the optimization design of the road plane line position,the determination of the key node interchange schemes,and the application of the distribution lanes in the small-spacing entrance and exit design.
