摘 要:针对传统绞盘机工作过程中基本处于重负载状态,在负载启动过程动力接入与制动分离得配合精确等问题,通过动力学、ADAMS仿真分析,设计可分离的绞盘机多齿棘轮棘爪停止器。停止器在正常工作中棘轮只能正转,可防止工作卷筒意外反转;在卷筒需要反转时棘轮棘爪又可顺利分开,实现卷筒反转。多齿棘轮棘爪停止器的应用可降低操作者的劳动复杂程度,同时有效提高绞盘机工作安全性。In view of the fact that the traditional yarder is basically under heavy load,especially in the process of load starting,the power access and brake separation should be coordinated accurately,otherwise it is easy to cause potential safety hazards.For this reason,the multi-tooth ratchet-pawl holdback of the yarder was designed.The ratchet of the holdback can only rotate forward in normal work,which can prevent the unexpected reversal of the working drum.When the drum needs reversing,the ratchet pawls can be separated smoothly to realize the drum reversal.The application of multi-teeth ratchet and pawl holdback can reduce the labor complexity of operators and effectively improve the safety of winch.
