摘 要:通过组建豆蚜在抗感虫绿豆品种上连续3代的种群生命表,研究了抗感品种对豆蚜种群参数的影响,为科学评价和制定综合防治策略提供理论依据。结果表明,在抗性绿豆品种长荚王上,随着世代的增加,豆蚜的世代历期明显延长,存活率逐渐降低。对比不同世代的蚜虫的生命参数发现,在抗虫品种长荚王上豆蚜的种群增长率(R0)在F3代为17.87头/雌,与感虫品种大明绿2号间存在极显著差异;内禀增长率(rm)在F3代为0.30,与感虫品种存在显著差异。绿豆抗虫品种对豆蚜有明显的抗生作用,且其抗生性在蚜虫世代间可能存在累加效应。In order to provide theoretical basis for scientific evaluation and formulation of integrated control strategies, life tables of three successive aphid generations were set up to study effects of resistant and susceptible varieties of mung beans on their population parameters. The results showed that the generation duration of aphid on resistant variety Changjiawang was prolonged and the survival rate decreased along with the increment of generations. Comparing life parameters of aphids of different generations, it was found that net reproductive rate(R0) of aphids on Changjiawang was17.87 heads per female in F3 generation, with significant difference from that on susceptible cultivar Daminglv2. The intrinsic growth rate(rm) of aphids on Changjiawang was 0.30 in F3 generation, with significant difference from that on Daminglv2. It was indicated that resistant mung bean varieties had antibiosis to Aphis craccivora Koch, which showed cumulative effects between aphid generations.
