摘　　要：当今,传统"机床夹具设计"课程教学已经不能适应市场对人才培养的需求。例如:课程内容单一、滞后;教学重理论轻实践;考核与评价方式单一而片面等,亟须对该课程的教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等方面进行改革。我院依托校企合作平台,对"夹具设计与制作"课程进行综合性改革,增强实践教学环节,显著提高了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,增强了学生的动手能力、创新能力和就业竞争力。Traditional course teaching of"Design of Machine Tool Fixture"doesn’t adapt to the requirement of the market demand for talent training in these days because the content of this curriculum is single and out-dated,teaching lays particular stress on theory and despises practice,the method of examination and evaluation is simple and one-sided,and so on.So it is essential to reform on teaching content,teaching mode and assessment of this course.Relying on school-enterprise cooperation platform,our college carries on the comprehensive reform to the course of"fixture design and manufacture"in order to strengthen practical teaching,which has significantly improved students’interest in learning and enthusiasm,and enhanced their practical ability,innovation ability and employment competitiveness.
