摘  要:随着高等教育改革的不断深入,高校人才培养模式不断创新和优化,产教融合、校企合作已经成为高校培养应用型技术人才的重要途径。通过这些途径高效培育出具备专业技能的高质量工程师人才,以适应行业、社会发展需求。文章主要对应用型本科高校人才培养模式进行现状分析,通过本专业实习实践中的创新经验,完善应用型本科高校人才培养体系,促进各方面资源融合,从而培养高质量的应用型专业技术人才。With the deepening of higher education reform and the continuous innovation and optimization of talent training mode in universities,integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation have become an important way to cultivate applied technical talents in universities.Through these ways,high-quality engineers with professional skills can be effectively cultivated to meet the needs of industry and social development.This paper mainly analyses the current situation of talent cultivation mode in applied undergraduate universities.Through the innovative experience in the practice of this major,we can improve the talent cultivation system of applied undergraduate universities,promote the integration of various resources,so as to cultivate high-quality application-oriented professional and technical personnel.
