摘  要:“一库多级”式梯级水电站群短期调峰调度面临求解困难、计划安排时效性不强、易弃水等突出问题,考虑梯级上下游水力电力联系、下游水位波动等约束,兼顾蓄能及调峰需求,提出了峰谷时段模糊识别的“一库多级”式梯级水电站群短期调度方法:首先采用模糊隶属度函数对电网负荷峰谷时段进行描述;接着根据电站峰平谷比例求出电站典型调峰出力过程,在此为基础上,以期末蓄能最大为目标函数,借助粒子群算法计算梯级总电量给定条件下各电站的负荷分配过程;最后采用启发式弃水策略,对出力进行修正,最大限度减少弃水。以天生桥“一库两级”调度为例,针对汛枯期不同场景进行调节计算,平均用时1.35 s,计划过程达到较高蓄能同时兼顾调峰效果,实现零弃水,为解决实际工程调度问题提供了切实可行的新思路。Short-term peak-shaving optimal scheduling is faced with prominent problems such as difficulty in solving scheduling scheme,poor timeliness and easy spillage.In this paper,a new peak shaving method for the system of one reservoir with multi-level stations based on fuzzy identification of peak-valley time period was proposed,taking into account the constraints of complex hydraulic and electric connections,water level fluctuation and the demands of energy storage and peak shaving.Firstly,fuzzy membership function was used to describe the peak-valley period of load.Secondly,the typical peak-shaving output curves of hydropower stations were calculated according to valley-peak and normal-peak ratios.Based on this,the load distribution process of each hydropower station under the given condition of total cascade electric quantity was calculated with particle swarm algorithm.Finally,the heuristic spillage adjustment strategy was adopted to minimize the water spillage through modifying power output.An actual cascade hydropower system of one reservoir with two-level stations was taken as an example to verify the method in different scenarios in wet and dry season.The average time of computation was 1.35 seconds,and the planning process brought out higher energy storage while achieving good peak shaving effect without water discarding,proving a feasible new idea for solving practical engineering dispatching problems.
