摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症病人在爱荷华赌博任务中的决策特点。方法计算机检索PubMed、ScienceDirect、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Springer Link、Elsevier数据库中所有关于爱荷华赌博任务测评精神分裂症病人决策特点的随机对照试验,并同时手工检索图书馆馆藏期刊,检索时间为数据库建库至2018年5月。由两位研究者按照制定的纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取数据。采用Stata 14.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入21篇文献、953例病人。Meta分析显示,精神分裂症组爱荷华赌博任务净得分显著低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(SMD=-0.672,95%CI=-0.818^-0.526,P<0.01)。结论与健康人相比,精神分裂症病人存在明显的决策损伤。Objective To assess the decision-making characteristics of schizophrenia patients by the Iowa Gambling Task.Methods PubMed,ScienceDirect,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Springer Link,and Elsevier were searched for all randomized controlled trials on the decision-making characteristics of schizophrenia patients assessed by the Iowa Gambling Task published up to May 2018,and library journals were manually searched for the same information.Two researchers independently screened and extracted data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Stata 14.2 was used to perform the Meta-analysis.Results A total of 21 studies involving 953 patients were included,and the results of Meta-analysis showed that the net scores of Iowa Gambling Task in the schizophrenia group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(standardized mean difference=-0.672,95% CI=-0.818 to-0.526,P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,patients with schizophrenia have significant decision-making impairments.
