摘　　要：[目的/意义]全面了解科研用户信息需求是高校图书馆在现代化环境下持续推进深化服务的前提,分析高校科研用户信息需求的研究成果可为今后的研究提供一定的参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]从近年公开发表的大量文献中,概括出国内外图书情报界对高校科研用户信息需求研究的7种研究方法、8个研究对象,厘清该领域研究的学术思维方式和基本立场。[结果/结论 ]高校科研用户信息需求呈现出的6大特点,反映该主题的热点与研究方向。综述高校科研用户信息需求对应科研过程4个阶段的若干图书馆服务对策,提出后续研究建议。[Purpose/significance] A comprehensive understanding of the information needs of scientific research users is the premise for university libraries to continuously promote and deepen services in the modern environment. Analyzing the information needs of scientific research users in universities can provide some references for future research. [Method/process] Seven research methods and eight research objects for the research on the information needs of scientific research users in colleges and universities are summarized by analyzing a large number of published documents in the field, clarifying the academic thinking mode and basic position of library and information science. [Result/conclusion] The information needs of scientific research users in colleges and universities present six characteristics, which reflect the hot spots and research directions of this topic. This paper summarizes some countermeasures of library service in the four stages of scientific research process corresponding to the information needs of scientific research users in universities, and puts forward suggestions for further research.
