摘　　要：完善和先进的实验室体制是实现实验室人才的培养、资源的优化配置、提高教学和科研水平的重要保障。针对目前高校实验室存在的问题,本文结合本校实验室现状,分别从实验室的管理、教师队伍和安全等方面阐述一种新的实验室体制。Improving and advanced laboratory system is an important guarantee for training laboratory talents,optimizing the allocation of resources and improving the level of teaching and scientific research. Aiming at the problems existing in university laboratories at present. Based on the current situation of our laboratory, this paper elaborates a new laboratory system from the aspects of laboratory management, teachers and safety.
