2018年西安市临潼区中小学生体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析2018年临潼区中小学生的体检结果,为中小学生的健康成长和健康促进提供参考。方法2018年度临潼区共体检中小学在校生67 912名,对体检结果进行统计分析。结果全区小学生肥胖率性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),小学生其他常见病检出率性别和年级差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);除肥胖外,临潼区不同年级中学生常见病检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);女中学生视力低下和龋齿检出率高于男中学生(P<0.05),营养不良率低于男中学生(P<0.05)。结论临潼区中小学生常见病患病率有增无减,这一情况和全国各地基本一致,应加强中小学健康教育与促进工作,助力中小学生健康成长。Objective To analyze the physical examination results of children and adolescents in Lintong District,Xi’an City so as to provide the evidence for the promotion of the growth and development of them. Methods The datum source was the annual primary and middle school physical examinations. STATA 12.0 was used for statistical datum analysis.A total of 67 912 students participated the physical examinations in 2018. Results Among the elementary school students,there was a significant difference between the boys and girls in obesity while there was no significant gender difference among other indexes. As for the secondary school students, the different grades had significant difference in all the indexes expect obesity(P<0.05). Except obesity and overweight, the rates of poor vision and decayed teeth of girls were significantly higher than those of boys(P<0.05), and the malnutrition rate of the boys was significantly higher than that of the girls(P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of common problems among primary and middle school students keeps steady, which is comparable with that of other places. These results indicate that it is necessary to improve students’ physical fitness, take more efforts to prevent common diseases of students in primary and secondary schools.
