摘 要:针对摩托车行驶时前悬架系统摆振问题,提出一种基于灵敏度分析的多目标优化方案。建立人-车系统仿真模型,以转向系质心位置侧倾角速度和横摆角速度为优化目标,对摩托车前悬架系统主要设计参数进行灵敏度分析,提取设计变量完成参数的优化匹配,并利用优化前、后的根轨迹图进行稳定性分析和比较。结果表明,优化后摩托车转向系质心位置在摆振区间内的侧倾角速度均值和横摆角速度均值分别减小了77.9%和36.3%,摩托车前悬架系统行驶稳定性得到明显提升。A multi-objective optimization scheme based on sensitivity analysis was proposed to solve the problem of front suspension wobble of motorcycles.The human-vehicle system simulation model was established.The steering angle and yaw rate at the center of mass of the steering system were used as the optimization targets.The sensitivity analysis of the main design parameters of the motorcycle suspension system was carried out,and the optimization matching analysis of the design parameters was completed.The stability analysis and comparison were carried out by using the root locus map before and after optimization.The results show that the mean value of the roll angle and the yaw rate of the steering system of the motorcycle were reduced by 77.9%and 36.3%respectively,and the driving stability of the motorcycle front suspension system was significantly improved.
