摘  要:Seaweeds are marine biological resources rich in a variety of bioactive substances with a wide range of biological functions.In this research,lectins were extracted from C.ocellatus Holmes,Rhodomela C.Ag,Laminaria japonica Aresch,Undaria pinnati fida,Porphyra yezoensis Ueda and Alga Scytosiphonis Lomentarii.The activities of the lectins were measured and analyzed respectively.The results showed that the effect of extracting the lectin with normal saline was better,and the activity in kelp crude extract was better.It can provide a reference for further development and utilization of economic seaweed.海藻是富含多种生物活性物质并具有广泛生物功能的海洋生物资源。选择角叉菜、松节藻、海带、裙带菜、条斑紫菜和萱藻为原料提取其活性物质凝集素,并对其凝集活力进行测定和分析。结果表明:用生理盐水提取海藻凝集素的效果较好,其中海带粗提液中凝集素的凝集活性好。可为进一步开发和利用经济藻类提供参考依据。
