摘  要:为了研究影响西藏红景天中红景天苷、酪醇和络塞维含量的因素,利用HPLC-DAD同时测定了63批红景天中三种活性成分的含量,运用多元线性回归法分析了部位、产地、品种、海拔、季节和坡向对含量的影响。结果显示,红景天苷含量显著高于酪醇和络塞维,海拔、部位和产地是影响红景天苷含量的主要因素,部位、产地是影响酪醇含量的主要因素,部位是影响络塞维含量的主要因素。宜以大花红景天(R.crenulata)的根部(根和根茎)作为开发利用部位,采用墨竹工卡县、加查县、工布江达县、曲松和洛扎县的高海拔地区(4700 m以上)红景天作为药品和保健品原料。The objective was performed to analyze the factors affecting the content of salidroside,tyrosol and rosavin in Tibet rhodiola.The contents of the three active compounds in 63 Rhodiola were determined by HPLC-DAD,and the effects of parts,geographical area,variety,altitude,season and slope direction on content were analyzed by multiple linear regression method.The results showed that the content of salidroside was significantly higher than tyrosol and rosavin.Altitude,parts and geographical area were the main influencing factors of salidroside content.The parts and geographical area were the main influencing factors of tyrosol content.The parts were the main influencing factor of rosavin content.It is advisable to use the roots(roots and rhizomes)of R.crenulata in high altitude areas(4700 m or more)in Mozhugongka County,Jiacha County,Gongbujiangda County,Qusong and Luozha County.
