摘　　要：主要评述了新型食品过滤与分离装置的特点,特别是新近开发的DCF过滤器、MBR膜过滤装置、振动式膜分离装置和水平叶滤机的性能和应用,阐明了最近食品过滤与分离装置的新技术,提出了今后食品分离装置的前景和发展方向。The properties of new food filter and separation device were described,special in property and apply of food device of DCF filter,MBR membrane filter device,vibration membrane separation device,horizontal leaf filter were expounded.New technology of new food filter and separation were expounded.Progress of exchanger in future was proposed.
