摘　　要：行业型职业教育集团是行业、企业、学校等多元合作的具体形式,是产教融合的载体、校企合作平台。山东水利职业学院借助行业优势,联合多方构建了“行业引领、校企主体、多元参与”山东省现代水利职业教育集团,实施现代学徒制育人模式,建设水利技术传承创新中心,创办国际订单班服务国家“一带一路”倡议,实现了产业链和教育链深度融合。Industry-based vocational education group is the specific form of multi-cooperation among industries,enterprises,schools and so on.It is the carrier of integration of industry and education,and the platform of schoolenterprise cooperation.Shandong Water Conservancy Vocational College,with the help of industry advantages,has jointly established the Modern Water Conservancy Vocational Education Group of Shandong Province,which is"industry as leader,university and enterprise as main body and multiple participation".It implemented the modern apprenticeship education mode,constructs the center of water conservancy technology inheritance and innovation,and sets up the international order class to serve the national"one belt and one road"strategy,which have achieved the deep integration of the industrial chain and the education chain.
