摘 要:本文采用调查法对广东省广州市三所中等职业学校的699名护理专业实习生实习前后学业动机的影响因素进行了研究。结果发现,中职护理专业实习生实习10个月前后学业成就动机发生了显著变化。社会支持、自我效能感可以正向预测学业成就动机。学业成就动机与自我效能感、社会支持之间的关系显著相关,且社会支持通过自我效能感的中介作用影响学业成就动机。研究者据此提出了相关建议:加强沟通和交流,给予中职学生护理专业学生正面的言语鼓励;增加成功体验,提高护理专业学生的自我效能感水平。This paper studied the factors influencing the academic motivation of 699 nursing students before and after their internship in three secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou,Guangdong province.The results show that the motivation of achievement has changed significantly around 10 months of internship.Social support and a sense of self-efficacy can positively predict the motivation for achievement.The relationship between achievement motivation and self-efficacy and social support is significantly related,and social support influences achievement motivation through the mediation of self-efficacy.The researchers provided recommendations accordingly:Strengthening communication and encourage nursing students in vocational school by positive words;Increasing the experience of success and improve the level of self-efficacy of nursing students in vocational school.
