和胃降逆法对反流性食管炎临床症状及内镜分级的影响

摘　　要：目的分析和胃降逆法对反流性食管炎患者临床症状和内镜分级的影响。方法选取重庆市璧山区中医院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的反流性食管炎患者100例,根据治疗方法的不同分为中医和西医两个治疗组,中医组给予以和胃降逆法进行治疗,西医组则采用埃索美拉唑治疗,治疗周期为60 d。治疗前后对所有患者进行胃镜检查和食管黏膜病理活检,比较两组患者的临床症状和食管黏膜内镜变化情况。结果中医组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),高于西医组(94.0%,47/50),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生情况组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但中医组能够显著改善反流性食管炎临床症状,且对该疾病的内镜分级有积极的作用。结论对于反流性食管炎患者,应用和胃降逆法可以在短时间内有效改善患者的临床症状和食管黏膜内镜分级。Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and endoscopic grade of reflux esophagitis patients with gastric inversion.Methods A total of 100 patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two treatment groups according to different treatments.The TCM group was treated with ergogastric inversion method,while the Western medicine(WM)group was treated with esomeprazole for 60 days.Gastroscopy and esophageal mucosal pathological biopsy were performed on all patients before and after treatment to compare the clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosal endoscopic changes of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was 96.0%(48/50),which was higher than that of WM group94.0%(47/50),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).However,TCM group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis,and has a positive effect on the endoscopic classification of the disease.Conclusion For patients with reflux esophagitis,the application of gastric lowering inverse therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and make esophageal endoscopic grading in a short time.
