中药康艾注射液联合顺铂加长春瑞宾化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌的治疗价值

摘　　要：目的分析中药康艾注射液联合顺铂加长春瑞宾化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌的治疗价值。方法采用数字随机方法将80例非小细胞肺癌患者分成两组,对照组与实验组各40例;对照组选择顺铂加长春瑞宾化疗方案治疗,实验组则在顺铂加长春瑞宾化疗方案治疗的同时,联合中药康艾注射液治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效。结果实验组、对照组的临床有效率分别为42.5%、30.0%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的临床控制率为85.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组治疗后的各项生活质量评分(物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、综合评分)均明显提高(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应主要为胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制,在恶心呕吐、血小板减少、白细胞减少的发生率方面,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择中药康艾注射液联合顺铂加长春瑞宾化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌患者,能让临床控制率明显提高,对其生活质量进行改善,同时还能让不良反应有效减少。Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of traditional Chinese medicine Kangai injection combined with cisplatin plus vinorelbine chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Eighty patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups by digital randomization method.The control group and the experimental group were each 40 cases.The control group was treated with cisplatin plus vinorelbine chemotherapy.The experimental group was treated with cisplatin plus vinorelbine.At the same time of treatment,the Chinese medicine Kangai injection was combined.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The clinical effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 42.5% and 30.0%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical control rate of the experimental group was 85.0%,which was significantly higher than 65.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life scores(material life,mental function,social function,physical function,comprehensive score)of the experimental group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the two groups were mainly gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression.In the incidence of nausea and vomiting,thrombocytopenia,and leukopenia,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing Chinese medicine Kangai injection combined with cisplatin plus vinorelbine chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the clinical control rate,improve their quality of life,and effectively reduce adverse reactions.
