益智宁治疗肾虚肝亢型儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益智宁治疗肾虚肝亢型儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月广州中医药大学第一附属附属医院收治的47例肾虚肝亢型ADHD患儿,采用益智宁连续治疗12周。记录治疗前后Swanson儿童行为量表(SNAP-IV)评分、视听整合持续注意力测试评分(IVA-CPT)、中医症候主症积分及药物不良反应等指标。结果SNAP-IV量表评分:与治疗前相比,总有效率76.6%,治疗后多动冲动、对立违抗及注意力不集中症状评分均较治疗前均降低(P<0.05);IVA-CPT评分:治疗后控制力商数评分和注意力商数评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);中医症候主症积分:治疗后,患儿多言多语、多动不宁、冲动任性、暴躁易怒、注意力不集中等主症积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);药物不良反应:患儿出现头晕明显1例、口干1例,未予干预均自行缓解。结论益智宁能有效改善肾虚肝亢型ADHD患儿的临床症状,且临床不良反应发生少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yizhining in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children with kidney deficiency and hepatic sputum.Methods Forty-seven children with kidney-deficiency and liver-deficiency type ADHD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to June 2018 were treated with Yijing for 12 weeks.The Swanson Child Behavior Scale(SNAP-IV)score,the audio-visual integration continuous attention test score(IVA-CPT),the TCM symptom score and the adverse drug reaction were recorded before and after treatment.Results SNAP-IV scale score:Compared with before treatment,the total effective rate was 76.6%.After treatment,the scores of hyperactive impulse,opposite defiant and attention deficit were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);IVA-CPT Scoring:After treatment,the control quotient score and attention quotient score decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);TCM symptom main symptom score:After treatment,the child was multilingual,hyperactive,impulsive,and violent.The scores of main symptoms such as irritability and inattention were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Adverse drug reactions:1 case of dizziness was evident in the child,and 1 case of dry mouth was relieved.Conclusion Yizhi Ning can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with kidney-deficiency and liver-deficiency type ADHD,and there are few clinical adverse reactions.
