经瞳孔温热疗法治疗孤立性脉络膜血管瘤一例

摘　　要：目的探讨经瞳孔温热疗法治疗孤立性脉络膜血管瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析于2018年5月在江苏省中医院就诊的一例患者,该患者被确诊为左眼颞上孤立性脉络膜血管瘤。采取经瞳孔温热治疗,融合光斑,分区域分次完成。结果患者经治疗后,复查显示眼底照相见左眼颞上方灰白色萎缩灶,OCT提示患眼视黄斑及瘤体部分浆液性视网膜脱离完全平伏,可见治疗效果良好。结论经瞳孔温热疗法为非黄斑区孤立性脉络膜血管瘤首选治疗方案,可以在治疗的同时尽可能地保护黄斑区,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigage the clinical efficacy of through pupil thermotherapy(TTT)in the treatment of circumscribed choroidal hemangioma(CCH).Methods A patient treated in Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in May 2018 was analyzed.The patient was diagnosed as supratemporal CCH in left eye.TTT was used to fuse the spots and complete the treatment in different regions.Results After treatment,the patient was reexamined and showed that the gray atrophic foci above the temporal surface of the left eye were seen by fundus photography.OCT showed that the macular and serous retinal detachment of the tumors were completely flattened.The treatment effect is good.Conclusion Is the first choice for the treatment of non-macular CCH.It can protect the macular area as much as possible.It is worthy of further clinical application.
