摘　　要：分析提高伊马替尼对慢粒白血病敏感性的方法,介绍慢粒白血病和伊马替尼,总结提高伊马替尼对慢粒白血病敏感性的方法,包括调节信号通道,下调细胞凋亡抑制因子的表达,提高细胞内药物浓度等。The methods to improve the sensitivity of imatinib to chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML)were analyzed,the methods to improve the sensitivity of imatinib to CML were introduced,and the methods to improve the sensitivity of imatinib to CML were summarized,including modulating the signal channel,down-regulating the expression of apoptosis inhibitor and increasing the concentration of drug in the cells.
