血常规检验在珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血和缺铁性贫血诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血常规检查在珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血以及缺铁性贫血症状诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取菏泽市牡丹人民医院检验科2018年4月至2019年4月收治50例β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患者、50例缺铁性贫血患者以及50例同期进行体检健康受检者,对3组受检者均进行血常规检验,比较分析3组检验结果。结果A、B两组RBC、MCV、Hb、MCH以及MCHC指标水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);A、B两组RDW指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);A组RBC、Hb、MCHC、MCV以及RDW指标水平明显高于B组(P<0.05),A组MCH指标水平相比B组更低(P<0.05)。结论对于珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血以及缺铁性贫血患者可通过血常规检验进行诊断与鉴别诊断,该检测方法具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of blood routine examination in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of globin-producing anemia and iron-deficiency anemia.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,50 patients with β-globin aplastic anemia,50 patients with iron deficiency anemia and 50 healthy subjects undergoing physical examination at the same time were selected from the Department of Laboratory of Peony People's Hospital of Heze City.Blood routine tests were performed on all the three groups,and the results of the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of RBC,MCV,Hb,MCH and MCHC in group A and B were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The RDW level of group A and B was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of RBC,Hb,MCHC,MCV and RDW in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05),and the levels of MCH in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Hematological routine test can be used to diagnose and differentiate globin-producing anemia and iron-deficiency anemia,which has high clinical value.
