乳腺微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性病灶的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析乳腺微创旋切术在乳腺良性病灶中的治疗效果。方法选取贵州省开阳县中西医结合医院2017年6月至2018年6月接受治疗的56例乳腺良性病灶患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组患者各28例。对照组患者采取常规手术治疗,研究组患者行微创旋切术治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗效率95.83%、满意度97.22%,显著高于对照组(90.28%、92.10%,P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率为9.72%,显著低于对照组20.83%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性病灶患者采取乳腺微创旋切术治疗可提高患者术后治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To analyze and study the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive circumcision of breast in benign breast lesions.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,56 patients with benign breast lesions were randomly divided into control group and research group,28 patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine surgery,while patients in study group were treated with minimally invasive rotary excision.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was 95.83%,the satisfaction rate was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.28%,92.10%,P<0.05).It was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.83%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive mammotomy for benign breast lesions can improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
