摘　　要：目的探讨呼气相-吸气相联合双期增强扫描评价食道癌对气管-支气管侵犯情况。方法应用64层螺旋CT对经开胸探查或手术证实的25例食管癌患者术前进行呼气相-吸气相联合双期增强扫描,后期采用薄层重建和多平面重组,通过Viewer分析软件获得呼气相及吸气相的增强CT图像进行对照,采用单因素方差分析多重比较进行统计学分析。结果呼气相和吸气相增强CT扫描所显示的食道癌气管-支气管侵犯情况存在差异,呼气相时增强CT扫描评价更为准确。结论呼气相-吸气相增强CT扫描评价食道癌气管-支气管侵犯情况存在一定的差异。Objective To investigate the value of exspiratory phase and inspiratory phase combined with dualphase contrast enhanced CT scan in tracheal and bronchial invasion by esophageal carcinoma.Methods 25 patients with esophageal carcinoma confirmed by thoracotomy or surgery were performed exspiratory and inspiratory phase combined with duel-phase enhanced scanning though 64-slice spiral CT preoperatively.Post processing were the thin layer reconstruction and multiplaner reformation.The enhanced CT images of exspiratory phase and inspiratory phase by Viewer were compared,and the multiple comparisons were performed by one-way analysis of variance for statistical analysis.Results The tracheal-bronchial invasion of esophageal cancer revealed by expiratory and inspiratory enhanced CT scans is different,and the enhanced CT scan evaluation during expiration is more accurate.Conclusion There is a certain difference in the evaluation of tracheal-bronchial invasion in esophageal cancer by expiratory-inspiratory enhanced CT scan.
