TPS、CA-153及CEA联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断意义分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)、癌相关糖蛋白抗原(CA-l53)和癌胚抗原(CEA)标志物联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2014年2月至2017年9月在山西迪安医学检验中心有限公司进行检验的50例乳腺癌患者作为观察组,同时选择50例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为对照组。对两组患者血清TPS、CA-153及CEA水平进行检测,并比较两组患者采用TPS、CA-153、CEA单一检测及联合检测的检出率。结果 观察组患者血清TPS、CA-153及CEA水平均明显高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。观察组患者TPS、CA-153及CEA单项指标的检出率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05),且采用三项指标联合检测的检出率高达100%。结论 血清TPS、CA-153及CEA检测对于乳腺癌的诊断有一定的指导意义,并且这三项指标联合检测能明显提高乳腺癌的检出率。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of tumor markers such as tissue peptide-specific antigen(TPS),cancer-associated glycoprotein antigen(CA-l53)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)for breast cancer.Methods Fifty breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to September 2017 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patientswith benign breast cancer tumor patients were selected as the control group.Serum levels of TPS,CA-153,and CEA and other indicators of patients in the two groups were tested.,and tThe single and combined detection rates of TPS,Ca-153 and CEA in the two groups were compared by single test and combined test.Results The serum levels of TPS,CA-153,and CEA and other indicators in patients of the serum observation groupof breast cancer patients were all significantly higher than those of in the benign patientscontrol group,(P<0.05).and The diagnosticsingle detection rates for breast cancer of the threeAll indicators in the observation group wasere all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)had a certain specificity for the diagnostic detection of breast cancer,but and the combined detection rate of the combined detectionation of the three indicators was as high as 100%.Conclusion The detection of serum TPS,CA-153 and CEA have had a certain guiding significancevalue for the diagnosticisdetection of breast cancer,and the combined detection of these three indicators can significantly improve the diagnosis detection rate is more meaningful for the diagnosis of breast cancer and can significantly improve the detection rate.
