摘　　要：了解南京医科大学第一附属医院老年科公派留学现状,通过对留学现状的科学分析,为进一步加强医院老年科医学人才的培养提供科学依据及建议。To understand the present situation of studying abroad in geriatrics department of The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University,and to provide scientific basis and suggestions for further strengthening the cultivation of geriatric medical talents through scientific analysis of the present situation of studying abroad.
