眼科规范化培训住院医师白内障超声乳化手术技能的带教体会

摘　　要：年龄相关性白内障仍是我国最主要的致盲性眼病,白内障超声乳化手术是治疗白内障的有效方法。而目前总体白内障手术覆盖率仍不高,越来越多的眼科医生希望掌握白内障超声乳化技能。本文总结了江苏省人民医院眼科指导规范化培训住院医师的带教方案,包括:准入制度、理论培训、动物眼实验、手术跟台及视频学习、分级实践培训、考核系统。该带教方案有效地提高了规范化培训住院医师白内障手术技能培训的效果,以期进一步推广。Age-related cataract is still the main cause of blindness in China,phacoemulsification is an effective method to treat cataract.At present,the overall cataract surgery coverage is still not high,more and more ophthalmologists hope to master the skills of standardized training of residents in ophthalmology.This paper summarized the training programs for standardized training of residents in ophthalmology in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital,including admission system,theoretical training,experiment,operation and video learning,graded practical training and assessment system.The teaching program effectively improved the training effect of cataract surgery skills for standardized training of residents in ophthalmology,with a view to further promoting.
