摘　　要：听障生信息获取能力存在一些不足,即缺少信息意识,信息获取渠道少,缺少信息评价机制,信息道德意识不强。提出了提高听障生信息素养的策略,即利用社交网络工具提高信息素养,利用慕课提高信息素养,构建特殊教育信息资源体系,建立个性化数据库。There are some deficiencies in the ability of hearing impaired students to acquire information,such as lack of information consciousness,lack of information access channels,lack of information evaluation mechanism,and lack of information morality consciousness.The strategies to improve information literacy of hearing impaired students are put forward,that is,using social networking tools to improve information literacy.Make use of MOOC to improve information literacy.Construct the information resources system of special education.Establish personalized database.
