摘　　要：胃食管癌是我国人民发病率和病死率均较高的一种恶性肿瘤,早期胃食管癌临床症状不显著,多数患者确诊时已是中晚期,因此需要采取准确、高效的诊治方式,提高早期胃食管癌患者生存和生活质量,近几年内镜微创治疗技术不断发展,其临床诊治具有更小的创伤性、更好的疗效。本文对早期胃食管癌内镜诊治现状与进展进行综述。Gastric esophageal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality in our country.The clinical symptoms of early gastric esophageal cancer are not obvious,most of the patients have been diagnosed at the middle and late stage,so it is necessary to adopt accurate and efficient Methods of diagnosis and treatment.To improve the survival and quality of life of patients with early gastric esophageal cancer,endoscopic minimally invasive therapy has been developing in recent years,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment has less trauma and better curative effect.The present situation and progress of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of early gastric esophageal carcinoma were reviewed in this paper.
