益肾袪湿汤联合非那雄胺治疗男性雄激素源性脱发的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的益肾袪湿汤联合非那雄胺治疗雄激素源性脱发男性患者的临床疗效。方法选择江苏省常熟市第五人民医院皮肤科门诊收治的雄激素源性脱发男性患者70例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(仅使用非那雄胺治疗)和治疗组(使用非那雄胺联合益肾袪湿汤治疗),每组35例,共治疗6个月。比较两组治疗有效率、脱发好转时间和并发症发生率。结果治疗组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,脱发好转时间明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾袪湿汤联合非那雄胺治疗雄激素源性脱发男性患者安全有效。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yishen Qushi Decoction combined with finasteride in the treatment of males with androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods Seventy male patients with AGA in the Dermatological Department of The Fifth People's Hospital of Changshu were randomly assigned to the control group(treated with finasteride for 6 months)and the treatment group(treated with combination of Yishen Qushi Decoction and finasteride for 6 months),35 cases per group.The treatment efficiency,hair loss improvement time,and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,while the hair loss improvement time of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Yishen Qushi Decoction combined with finasteride was effective and safe for male patients with AGA.
