摘　　要：患者59岁,女性,因右侧乳腺巨大肿块入上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院治疗,肿块大小约25×25×24 cm,切面中央有坏死,鱼肉状,小区有出血,病理科常规切片(HE切片)及免疫组织化学结果P63,SMMHC,CK5/6阴性,提示浸润性癌,间质细胞cam5.2、Pan-CK、p63阴性排除了梭形细胞癌,最后诊断为浸润性筛孔癌,起源于恶性叶状肿瘤。A 59-year-old female with a huge(25 cm)mass in her right breast,Gross examination reveals this is a mass with a mass with central necrosis,fish-flesh like cut face.One H&E slide and multiple stains were reviewed,P63,SMMHC,CK5/6 stains are negative,indicating the invasive carcinoma.Stromal cells are negative for cam5.2,Pan-CK,p63,demonstrating no spindle cell carcinoma.The low grade invasive carcinoma may arise from fibroepithelial lesion.
