摘　　要：2018年10月21日11∶30,南昌海关报告某入境航班发现部分旅客有腹泻症状,经病原体快速检测,其中1名旅客显示霍乱弧菌O139型弱阳性。22日经江西省、南昌市疾病预防控制中心二级复核,霍乱弧菌分离培养阴性,确认为副溶血性弧菌感染。建议今后海关发现疑似病例时应进行多人或多种方法检测,提高准确性。At 11∶30 am on October 21,2018,Nanchang Customs reported that some passengers had diarrhea symptoms on an entry flight. By rapid pathogen testing,one passenger showed Vibrio cholerae O139 weak positive. On 22th,by the double re-check of Jiangxi province and Nanchang Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Vibrio cholerae isolation and culture were negative,and Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection was confirmed. It was suggested that local Customs should conduct multi-person or multi-method testing when suspected cases were discovered,in order to improve the detection accuracy.
