摘 要:随着新零售的快速发展,传统的零售企业和新兴的电子商务企业都更加重视在经营过程中对于用户体验、运营效率和公司成本之间的平衡,尤其是近年来仓库的层级越来越多,物流配送的网络日趋复杂,如何合理设置仓库层级、优化物流配送网络、提升企业运营效率、提高用户满意度成为了新零售发展的核心难题。所以本文从新零售企业多级供应链设计的角度,对企业如何设置多级仓库层级和发货网络进行了研究。With the rapid development of new retail,traditional retail companies and emerging e-commerce companies are paying more attention to the balance between user experience,operational efficiency and company cost in the business process,especially in recent years.The network of logistics distribution is becoming more and more complex.How to rationally set up warehouse level,optimize logistics distribution network,improve enterprise operation efficiency and improve user satisfaction have become the core problems of new retail development.Therefore,from the perspective of multi-level supply chain design of new retail enterprises,this paper studies how to set up multi-level warehouse level and delivery network.
