摘 要:整距绕组双凸极永磁(FMDSPM)电机具有空间利用率高、功率密度高、成本低和扭矩波动小的特点。由于绕组结构为分布式,FMDSPM电机相绕组等效磁动势与集中绕组存在很大不同。以一台6/4极FMDSPM电机为例,提出了将气隙分为五段的磁等效电路模型,并给出了各段的磁导率公式。通过迭代求解该模型,得到相绕组磁链、电枢反电动势和齿槽扭矩等特性,与有限元分析结果对比,验证了该模型的有效性。The full-pitch winding multiphase double salient permanent magnet( FMDSPM) machine appears to have several performance advantages of high space utility,high power density,lower cost and low torque fluctuation. With the distributed winding structure,the equivalent magnetomotive force of the phase winding of FMDSPM machine is quite different from that of the concentrated winding. A FMDSPM machine with 6/4 structure was taken as the example,the magnetic equivalent circuit( MEC) model with dividing the air gap into five sections was present and permeances for each sections are formulated. The solution was carried out to get some static characteristics such as flux linkage,back electromotive force as well as the cogging torque. The validity of the model was verified by comparing to the results of finite element analysis.
