摘　　要：在对国内外研究成果进行综述的基础上,阐述了普惠金融的概念和内涵,讨论了普惠金融评价指标体系,采用因子分析法对河南省各地区的普惠金融发展水平进行量化测评,根据得分进行了排序。On the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concept and connotation of inclusive finance,discusses the evaluation index system of inclusive finance,adopts factor analysis method to quantitatively evaluate the development level of inclusive finance in various regions of Henan Province,and sorts according to the scores.
