摘 要:采用了同轴送粉式激光熔覆技术对ZTC4钛合金板材上的圆孔形缺陷进行修复,研究了多次激光修复对ZTC4钛合金组织、热影响区尺寸及修复件硬度分布的影响。结果表明:修复件热影响区呈现为网篮组织→集束组织→针状马氏体的过渡,修复区组织主要由粗大的β柱状晶和内部的魏氏组织组成,且修复区顶部魏氏组织的长度更长;随着修复次数增多,热影响区尺寸明显增大,但硬度的增大并不明显。A hole defect in the ZTC4 titanium alloy plate is repaired by the coaxial powder-feeding laser-cladding technology.The effects of multiple laser repairs on the microstructure,heat-affected zone size,and hardness distribution of repaired parts are investigated.The result shows that the heat-affected zone of the repaired specimen exhibits a microstructural transition from a basketweave structure to a colonies structure,and then transition to a needle-shaped martensite.The repaired area primarily comprises a coarseβ-columnar crystal and widmanstatten structure,which is longer at the top of the repaired area.During multiple repairs,the size of the heat-affected zone considerably increases.However,the hardness of the heat-affected zone only increases slightly.
