摘 要:目的建立甘肃地区健康新生儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群的正常参考值范围。方法选择2018年6月至2019年1月在甘肃省妇幼保健院分娩及在儿童保健科正常体检的健康新生儿198例作为研究对象,年龄0~28d,平均(13.3±4.6)d,样本分为男女两组,男107名,女91名,其中汉族男86名,回族男21名,汉族女78名,回族女13名。采集外周血分析淋巴细胞亚群分布,确定正常参考值范围。结果对198名健康新生儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行分析发现,①健康新生儿CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞百分比和CD4+/CD8+比值存在性别差异,且女性新生儿调查者外周血中CD3+CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值及B细胞百分数均高于男性,而CD8+T细胞、NK细胞百分数却低于男性,差别具有统计学意义;②对外周血淋巴细胞亚群在回族与汉族新生儿之间做比较:回族与汉族新生儿淋巴细胞亚群百分率差异均无统计学意义;③甘肃地区健康新生儿淋巴细胞亚群分布特点与国内其他地区相比,其总体变化趋势基本一致,但男女性别间存在一定差异。结论在相同地域、相同种族,建立健康新生儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群正常参考值是必要的。疾病诊断和疗效评价时应考虑性别间的差异。Objective:To establish the normal reference ranges of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in healthy neonates in Gansu province.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2019,198 neonates delivered in the delivery room or had a physical examination in Department of Child Care in the Gansu province maternal and child health hospital were taken as the respondents.aged 0~28 d,average(13.3+4.6)d,the samples are divided into two groups of men and women,male 107,female 91,including the han males 86,hui males 21,78 of the han nationality females and hui females 13.Peripheral blood was collected to analyze the distribution of lymphocyte subsets and determined the normal reference ranges.Results:Analysis of peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulations in 198 healthy newborns showed that:①There was a statistically significant difference between males and females in CD4+T、CD8+T、B、NK lymphocyte percentages and CD4+/CD8+in healthy neonates,The CD3+CD4+cells,CD4+/CD8+and B cells in peripheral blood of females were all higher than that of males,but the number of CD8+T cells and NK cells were lower than that of male.②The interior-group comparison between the hui and han neonates:There was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets between the neonates of hui and han nationality.③Compared with other regions in China,the distribution characteristics of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of healthy neonates in Gansu province are basically the same,but there are some differences between males and females.Conclusions:It is necessary to establish the normal reference values of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets for healthy neonates in the same region and race.The difference of genders should be considered in the disease diagnosis and efficacy evaluation.
