摘 要:目的:探讨Kohonen网络算法在优化医疗设备维修管理模式中的应用价值。方法:选取医院2017-2018年临床在用的医疗设备管理数据,按照不同的管理方法将其分为对照组和观察组;对照组为2017年医院设备管理数据,其医工人员分工及维修事项采用传统管理模式,观察组为2018年管理数据,通过建立医工人员、医疗设备、维修事项和费用支出4个维度的管理数据库,采用Kohonen网络算法优化人员分工和维修事项(人员、设备、维修等维修管理元素)。结果:观察组的维修成本增幅低于对照组,成功事项比例和设备开机率高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.512,Z=-2.044,Z=-1.973;P<0.05)。结论:基于Kohonen网络算法的医疗设备维修模式优化方案可减少管理费用支出,提高设备临床服务能力,为医院建设和发展提供必要的基础保障。Objective:To discuss the application value of Kohonen network algorithm in optimizing maintenance management mode of medical equipment.Methods:The management data of using medical equipment in clinic of hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected as the research object.The management data of equipment were divided into control group and observation group as different management methods.In control group that included management data of equipments of hospital in 2017,the traditional management mode was adopted for the division of labor of medical technologist and the maintenance matters.In observation group that included those in 2018,a management database included four dimensions that were medical staff,medical equipment,maintenance matters and charge against revenue was established.And Kohonen network algorithm was adopted to optimize the division of labor and maintenance matters(crews,equipment,maintenance and other factors of maintenance management.Results:The amplification of maintenance cost in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,while the proportion of successful items and the operation rate of equipment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,respectively(Z=-2.512,Z=-2.044,Z=-1.973,P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimum scheme of maintenance mode of medical equipment based on Kohonen network algorithm can reduce the charge against revenue of management,and improve clinical service capacity of equipment,and provide necessary basic guarantee for construction and development of hospital.
